The Client

GGH is a private equity firm backed by Greenoaks Capital, a venture capital company that makes long-term concentrated investments in fast-growing internet businesses like Deliveroo, globally. GGH currently invests in emerging market insurers. It has a hands-on approach that leverages deep expertise and an innovative approach to build insurers that are truly unique, industry-defining and life-changing for their people and customers.

GGH suffered from having a brand that was too closely associated with their initial fund and not representative of their approach whilst also lacking a system that brought together the data from all of their functions, namely: hiring, project management, and financial information services.

The Challenge

Wonderland Collective was asked to rebrand the private equity firm away from Greenoaks Global Holdings and into GGH; create an internal platform that integrates their hiring, project management and financial information services; and create high-performing consumer-facing websites for their three emerging markets insurers – Ensure (Nigeria), TPL Insurance (Pakistan) and Prime (Rwanda).

Our Solution

We first rebranded GGH by creating a mark that showcased their aggressive, hands-on management approach whilst also symbolising two entities joined together to create growth and upward movement like what is seen on a company’s stock ticker.

The right kind of website

Wonderland Collective first tackled the external corporate website, transforming it from a makeshift Squarespace site into a more comprehensive WordPress platform that better showcases their hands-on, modern and emerging market approach.

Intertal Communication

Wonderland Collective then designed and developed an internal dashboard for GGH to have an overview of their portfolio’s hiring, project management, and financial information. We performed extensive discovery sessions with GGH to comprehensively understand their requirements. Wonderland then created black and white UI wireframes of the platform which were then accepted before colour design and development occurred.

And the final result?

The result is an internal platform that is on-brand, easy to use and expressly functional in terms of displaying the overall working health of each company in the portfolio.
