Paul Edwin Hibbert started making custom wooden furniture in 1977. Today, Accent Office Interiors is a nationally recognised business operating out of an 11,000 square foot office in Leighton Buzzard. Accent offers a range of services from Category A office fitout to workplace consultation and corporate relocation. Their services are en vogue in the fragrance industry and they’re specialising in creating great laboratory workspaces.
Accent’s developing capabilities and change in target clientele created the need for a brand strategy and identity overhaul. Accent’s mission is to help busy, forward-thinking companies become surprisingly more effective by sharing their knowledge and vision for inspirational and irresistible working environments. Accent approached Wonderland to help them articulate this vision into an energetic and inspiring identity and collateral programme, in order to engage like-minded clientele and secure larger value projects.
While we worked with Accent to fully understand their service offering and key difference factor, who collectively chose to focus on the end result of their client interventions: ‘Creating spaces where people love to work’. Over the past five years there has been a movement toward understanding what drives performance in the workplace, and the employee environment contributes largely to that.
We worked with the Accent team to ensure we designed and delivered an approachable but professional brand and visual language. We created various marketing materials, client gifts, business development tools and assisted with their thought leadership content for their blogs, eshot campaigns and social media activity.
The Accent team are also brand ambassadors. It was a pleasure to work with a client who understands the necessity for your brand to appear in every aspect of your business. The design of their office incorporates the key brand messaging and the business values are executed in all their client touchpoints and interactions.
As part our brand journey with Accent, we were commissioned to deliver their new website. The site not only needed to capture and best communicate their services and offerings, but also a place where new clients can get a feel for Accent’s creative vision for the projects they deliver.
We created key landing pages which linked from AdWords to create a lead funnel through the Accent website. We continued to refine and optimise the website until we were satisfied with their Google Page Insights and scores. As part of this process, we ensured the mobile experience of the website flowed well.
